Do you mean where you have 'Look up and share the wonders'?

If so, go into your User CP, click on Edit Profile. Then in your signature box, place the image you want to use, like this:

[.img]http://adwin.ca/farscape/banners/farscape_anm.gif[/img]

And when you remove the period I placed in the you get this:
[img]http://adwin.ca/farscape/banners/farscape_anm.gif
