We're planning the relaunch of Nebari.Net for sometime in the next couple of months. The original launch, and what I'd originally envisioned for the site, was derailed by the series' cancellation and my subsequent work with the campaign, but we're back on track now.
We'll be looking for good Nebari/Chiana-related fic and art, as well as costuming tips and photos. Anyone interested in contributing should write me at nareth@mac.com.
