I was thinking and i know this is a really stupid question but has anyone here considered raising money to buy the farscape sets before they are all destroyed? I realize it is much more cost effecient to get the word out on farscape and get the demand for a new network to buy it, but if that fails and it nears the date that the sets are going to be destroyed should this community try to buy the sets?

Kemper said the sets were already destroyed. He also said they could be rebuilt. :)

Yep, destroyed already, but photograhed and documented so it can be rebuilt when necessary. I heard in an interview with Simcoe that the sets were falling apart anyway. Having done set design and construction myself, you don't really build them with the intentions of them lasting for years. You worry about looks first and durability second.

Just to inject some good news into this thread...
Aerin's prowler and John's module are in storage, along with
Rigel, Pilot, D'Argo's qualta blade, and other props. They haven't
been destroyed.
