Why is the Demographic survey closed? Today's the 27 and it's suppossed to go to the 30th. Hmmmm. Strange. Anywho, so there I am sitting on the couch flipping through the channels when I see this white broad. I'm thinking what the hell is this crap? Is this Lexx or something. And then I see this guy who looks alot like the cowardly lion from the Wizard of Oz. So I'm watching and watching and listening to some of the dialogue when all of the sudden it's over and I'm like "That's it? I want more, when is this on again?". So I watch it again, this time I see this guy who acts like a cowboy, funny as hell, and charismatic. This guy is great. I can't believe I'm laughing my ass off to this guy cracking wise. Nothing that appears in any of today's other series can compare to this. But yet wait, there is another. This black haired beauty by the name of Aeryn. Where did she come from? I'm actually gawking at this pixel princess. Who put this non fabricated, desiliconed, superfly, warrior seductress on my tv? Oh yeah, that's right! The same network that shitcanned my new favorite show 2 months after I finally got hooked. I know, I'm Johnny come lately with the viewership but damnit sometimes it takes a guy along time to come around. I stopped watching these space shows after Star Trek TNG ended and DS9 really sucked ass. Everything I seem to like falls to pieces. Family Guy, X Files (Thanks David Duchovny), MST3K, and now this. I find this to be more brilliant and less confusing than X-Files ever was or could be. How come no one could see that, especially with the superbly selected cast who couldn't be replaced with no matter who they thought up. No offense, (except to the group its intended to) but Sci-Fi couldn't sell shit to a housefly. If there was ever any legitimate advertising in its four year run, I honestly can say I've never seen any. Not in one magazine, website ad, or commercial. Thanks guys for pulling plug on the brightest light on televsion. Oh yeah, and if cancelling Farscape is a Scare Tactic, than its the only one thats actually terrifying.

P.S. If Claudia Black ever sees this, I'm sending you over a beer from this guy.

Sorry for your loss - we're all feeling it around here.

I can't speak to the poll, but I suggest that you take that nice little rant you've got there, and do something with it - copy it onto a postcard, or add some paragraph spacing to it,and turn it into a letter. Send it around to Bonnie Hammer at SciFi, and all of the folks bidding on the Vivendi Universal assets. At the very least, we can cast aspersions upon Farscape's executioners.

The flip-side of this is that Farscape DVDs and tapes are available at BestBuy's and Blockbusters everywhere, though the US only has releases up into Season 3 at this point.

Addresses? See the front page.

Welcome aboard!

Welcome excessiveforce!:hi:

The poll is experiencing technical difficulties. The owners know, and the problem should be remedied soon. Just keep checking back;)

Gotta agree with vhsiv; send in a letter or three to SCI FI Channel. and make sure they KNOW you're a NEW viewer. One of the reasons they gave for the cancellation was that Farscape was too difficult for new viewers to get into:rolleyes:

Why is the Demographic survey closed? Today's the 27 and it's suppossed to go to the 30th. Hmmmm. Strange. Sorry to have missed this post earlier. Yes, the survey went down unexpectedly on 6/23. I've notified the survey owner, but have not heard back. I'm not sure if (s)he's on vacation or just swamped with R/L (I hope (s)he's OK!? ).

But don't worry, when it's back up and functioning, we'll make up for lost time. So please keep visiting FMD. You'll see a big honking announcement when the survey is fixed :aok:
