SpecScape, welcome!:hi: I'm so glad you've come!

We're all dying to know where you live;) because DVDs are produced according to regions or where they're sold in the world. Click here (http://hometheaterinfo.com/dvd3.htm) for a link that'll explain it all better'n I can (if you don't already know).

If you're planning on living in the US or have a DVD player that plays different regions (or region one for North America) there are places online that sell the region one DVDs at a bit lower price, like www.deepdiscountdvd.com.

You can find Farscape at any major entertainment retailer like Suncoast, Media Play, Best Buy, etc., etc., etc. (and many other places besides).

Best wishes and welcome to Farscape:D:hug2:

Thank you all for the welcoming :)
I live in Israel (also region 2), but I have a multi-zone DVD... So the region is not a problem.

I can't buy it from web-sites for I do not have a credit card...
But I am going to a vacation in the US, so I can buy it there (although I'm not sure I will... the price is rather high...).

If you are coming to the US, try getting them from a Best Buy store. The price is nearly cut in half :D

Welcome to the board SpecScape :hug2: Yes, Best Buy is definitely the best place to get the DVDs. It's an eletronic and appliance discount store. It's franchised and they are all over the United States so no matter where you're vacationing, there's probably one near by. If you can, call first though because not all carry them or they may be out of stock.

Hope you have fun in the US. Is this your first time here?

Some of the retail sites will let you print an order page and send a money order or cheque. You can also try Ebay for your area.

My friend went to Israel a few years ago. The photos were gorgeous. She says you have the BEST ice cream there!

Welcome!

My advice would be to buy the boxsets on Ebay. There are always several people selling them, and the prices are significantly less then you would find at both retail and online dvd stores(compare $70-90 to $110-150).:)

If you should ever come to Britain, then try any branch of the music store HMV. They have very regular clearout sales, and since the DVDS, which usually go for £24.99 are mostly £9.99 there as a result, I started collecting them. I have every episode taped off the BBC, but they would censor a lot of it, so I want to see the complete versions [For years I'd read about an 'eye-popping brainwashing sequence' in a clockwork Nebari. I have now finally seen said scene. Some things you're better off not knowing].
But I hope what happened to me on tuesday doesn't happen to you. I brought 1.3 from my local HMV. This should have they've got a secret to Jeremiah Crichton on it. But when I opened the box, it had the discs for DVD 3.3 inside [Incubator to Part one of Infinite possibilites]
Mind you, that deleted scene from scratch n' sniff is so funny that I'm not inclined to take it back.
