I must be a bit clueless, but I was wondering if you know what this quote means:

"Trafficking in Farscape on the Internet! It's an illicit activity, it's probably illegal and I'm sure there are certain executives somewhere who'd like it to stop. 'Just watch the show and don't tell us what you think!' " -- Ben Browder

I'm guessing it's sarcastic humor, but I don't get it. It really sounds like he wants us to stop pushing for Farscape's return!

He's poking gentle fun at us and the sci fi execs.. <g>

Basically that as a campaign we are converting people to watch the show..

Many have said Farscape is addictive and that we are pushers!

The second bit is what he thinks the execs would be saying to us! Basically shut up and watch what we tell you.... Do not engage brain.. do not pass go.. :rollin:

I don't know if you have read the rest of the article.. but he is not telling us to stop pushing for the shows return.. quite the opposite!

:lol Yeah, I think it's pretty clear evidence that Ben surfs by the Farscape BB's from time to time. It's sort of a running joke among online fans that the show is like crack ... one hit and you're hooked. And that we're pushers because we conjole people to "just try it once" or we give them DVDs or tapes of eps for free, telling them "the first hit's free." Of course, after that first taste, 90% of them can never go back :D
