farscape conventions

I think that fans of farscape should hold a convention to celebrate this wonderful show. I dont know if there are already existing conventions that are held or not. If there isnt, I think this would be an awesome thing to do.

There is also a Farscape Convention in November in Burbank, CA.

You'll have to click on "Upcoming Events" under "Conventions" on the left hand side.

ScaperCon is a fan-run convention, and those are usually less expensive, and have a more relaxed atmosphere.

The Con in Burbank is organized by an entity called Creation Entertainment, an organization that holds conventions all the time. Typically, a professionally run convention is more expensive, and the events are much more rigidly controlled.

There are also meetups and local area group parties -- kind of like mini cons!
