I wasn't sure if I should post on someone else's thread or start my own. I've set off your n00b-dar with that, I'm sure. I'm a lurker by nature. I can't recall the last time I started a thread anywhere. This here is madness.

I'm Katie. I'm not really new to Farscape (if you counted lurking, I might not be considered new here either), though I missed a few eps the first and/or second time around and I do have a bit of catching up to do. I was persuaded to register by the Black Friday thread- hope I helped. I think I'm looking forward to having something of a presence here.

This being my first fandom and all, I've been wondering: How many other fandoms are out there with bboards that exceed 5,000 members? It just sounds like a huge number to me...

Anyway, we're almost at 4,700 now, so it looks like we're getting there :)

Thanks for posting Katie! I only delurked in March - I HAD to participate in Brascape - and I am so glad I did. I've met so many wonderful Scapers and have managed to convince my husband I'm not the only looney who is absolutely nuts about Farscape and will do just about anything to get it back on TV!!

Thanks again for helping get the count up - I'd love to reach the 5000 mark in time! :D

Welcome to this Jerry-Springer kinda family, telemetry! :hi: And please post. The more opinions, the merrier.

Although it's fun to just lurk and read through whatever thread strikes your fancy, it's even more fun to participate. I found that out after lurking here and on Kansas and now I've managed to accumulate over a thousand posts on the two boards. Never thought that'd happen.
