I've been taking my time rewatching all the FS eps in order, and last night I watched Natural Election (the 6th ep of Season 4). And Pilot nearly spills the beans about Sikozu early in that ep....

Pilot is describing the lack of sensation on Moya's outer skin, after they get tangled by the unverse's largest dandelion. Sikozu arrogantly snarks, "That cannot be right." And Pilot responds:
"It IS, you disagreeable hyb....":eek:
but Crighton cuts him off before he gets the chance to finish his comment.
I think Pilot KNEW, when Sikozu arrives on Moya in Promises (ep 5), that she's a hybrid.
I nearly fell outta my couch when I caught this last night!:eek:
I just love finding these little hidden gems that flower their way thru after each new viewing. :D
