I'm trying to find out if I can get a copy of Ultravilot...I know it is British tv...can you get it in a Region 1 DVD....? Thanks for any info...

Yep, Amazon.com lists a region 1 DVD set, and an NTSC VHS set. Both are box sets with the entire miniseries on them.

Highly recommended if you're looking for some intelligent TV to watch until we get Farscape back :D.

Another interesting series for you anglophiles out there is 'Cracker' - a MUST for fans of Helen Mirren's 'Prime Suspect'. Ms. Mirren isn't in it, but 'Ultraviolet' owes a great deal to both, for its procedural format.

AND Robbie Coltrane is a great actor...

It's a little pricey ($29), but definitely worth it.

:sigh: I wish both series had been on DVD when I was looking to buy...

(and the Robert Pastorelli version isn't bad either...)

I watched a couple eps of that show (Cracker), wasnt bad. I guess I'll have to look into that as well. :)

Stop giving me all these good DVDs to buy or I wont have money for the Season 2 set when it comes out. :D
