Ok, in hot to katratzi (or was it la bomba).....anyway, scorpy says he's been a spy for 10 years for the scarren emperor.
Where were they going with that?
Could scorpy have really served both scarren and PK's for that long? Or had he just been feeding them [scarrens] enough info to keep them off his back? It seemed like the most shocking statement of the entire series, ranking up there with the infamous, 'Luke, I am your father"
Were they going to expand on that in season 5?
It interesting to ponder,.....

One can only admire his ability to compartmentalize his duplicity!

OK, potential spoiler warnings for year three and four!
Just minor spoiler warnings ahead, not the usual in depth studies of characters, although I would love to do one, maybe start a Scorpius thread, frell, might even catch the eye ||Scorpius|| too!
He probably was a spy for the Scarran emporer, Staleek sure acted like he was his agent, looking out for him, and it appears would even have kepy Ahkna away if Scorpius had thought she was a threat. However, Scorpius was probably feeding Staleek all the erroneous info about PK wormhole technology, the Scarrans thought the PKs had it, but were beginning to have doubts. I can even see the emporer asking Scorpius to check PK data banks about the dreadnought Talyn-John destroyed, and Scorpius re-inforcing the PK w-h weapon scam. Sure the PKs destroyed it, easily, with that new secret weapon. No one around to contradict him, although Ahkna sure seemed to have her doubts, just as she doubted Scorpius himself. Of course as a good politician, Staleek didn't appear to want all his little secrets out in the Scarran heirarchy.
Granted, if Scorpius was a Scarran spy, albeit, a double agent for the PKs, he would have had to deliver some actual PK secrets, or lose his credibility with the Scarrans, he would not have been able to deceive Staleek for ten years without revealing some tidbits, for Staleek seemed the wisest of all the Scarrans encountered thus far, could have been all the flowers he was munching on. It would keep in line with Scorpius' strategy of stopping the dreaded Scarran onslaught, and could also gain him insight in what the Scarrans were up to. And Scorpius would be clever enough to pull off the scam, no problem.

I tend to agree. For Scorpy to have been lying about being an agent, Staleek would have seen right through it. But Staleek seem to take a strong interest in scorpy almost willing to protect him in some ways. Becuase of this there seem to have been a relationship of some sort. Afterall, scarrens hate scorpy as much as he hates scarrens......
Could be a hell of a twist if they ever had scorpy reveal his actual relationship with staleek (how he had spied for them that is)
