Season 3 volume 6 question...

I missed a lot of season 3 due to loosing the channel for a while. I was thinking about buying the season 3 volume 6 dvd, wondering which episodes is on, and a brief descp. of them. Also anyone in here know about a dvd box of espsoide 4 in the future????

p.s. What's going on w/ the campion, I'm out of touch, we gonna be able to get it back on tv or a movie, a descant ending I hope.

All of Season 3 is out on DVD now. They are most commonly found in sets of 2 DVD's per box and are labeled 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, & 3.5. (3.5 just came out two weeks ago and has the last four episodes of the season in it - I Yensch, You Yensch, Into the Lions Den, Parts I & II, and Dog with Two Bones.) The Season 3 DVD's are a good buy because not only do you get amazing episodes, but there are good extras, too (deleted scenes, commentaries, fun facts, etc.)

As far as the campaign, it is still in full swing (check out the campaign strategizing section), but nothing official has been announced yet.

Be careful when you're buying season three. ADV released the season a couple of different ways. The first is the 'volume' you're talking about. These generally sell for $20 or less and only contain two episodes. The second is the 'collection', which contains four or five episodes. The collections (aka 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5) generally sell for between $30 and $40.

Just don't want you to be disappointed with what you get.;)

I bought all of my season three DVDs in the 'collection' releases. I'm not absolutely sure, but I think season three, volume six contains the eps 'Meltdown' and 'Scratch & Sniff.'

I keep meaning to watch these eps again; here's what I remember.



Meltdown is a Talyn episode (if you don't understand what that means, you'd better watch season three from the beginning). Talyn is being lured to his death by a siren star.

For some reason I can't remember, maybe stress (?), Talyn starts leaking this mist (Bad mist! Naughty mist!:whip: ) that makes Crais more than a bit bossy, makes Stark even crazier, causes Rygel to gorge himself nearly to death, and makes John and Aeryn HORNY. I seem to remember the only reason they added the B story is that Claudia and Ben got their characters so hot & steamy so quickly on set they had to pace the um, 'action' a bit more. Or risk a porno flick;)

'Scratch and Sniff' is a Moya ep. D'Argo and John are kicked off of Moya by pilot because of incessant fighting. A VERY funny episode that involves some serious issues, including drug trafficking, slave trade, and John in thigh-highs.:lech:

If you can, I would buy the collections instead of the volumes. You'll get a bit more for your money.
