Maybe it was all the acutely annoying internet ads with the stupid song that showed up in too many places over, and over, and over?

I know those pissed me the frell off -- not that I was planning on watching the show in the first place.

Me too. Maybe this distasteful fad is beginning to burn itself out. I can only hope....

I fear we will see MORE extreme reality programming before we see the fad die out.

Some of the fare from Asia is truly scary in terms of people getting hurt, etc.

I'm sure U.S. Networks will feel obligated to stoop just as low.
