From season 3 and 4. (minus the last 5 episodes of season 4, have seen.) Which are the best????

Best J&A eps.....so hard to choose, so hard. My picks:

S3
Season of Death
Green Eyed Monster (yeah!)
Meltdown (because it's hot!)
Infinite Possibilities, both parts but especially part 2
Dog with Two Bones
Season 3 had so many good ones.

S4 None from the last 5, eh? Well, that makes it harder. ok--
Promises and Natural Election for a couple of critical scenes
John Quixote, not a J&A episode exactly, but.....
A Prefect Murder, again mainly for a couple of important scenes

I agree with jayelsee's picks, but I'd have to add

Relativity and Fractures to Season Three and Twice Shy to Season 4.

It's really kinda hard to pick. I mean those two exude chemistry whenever they're on screen together. So shippiness (not necessarily roses and yotz shippiness, but shippiness none the less) can be found in a majority of the eps.

and one I absolutely have no time to do, but probably will do anyway some day:

make a chart and rank every episode on the quality and quantity of John/Aeryn interaction on a 0-10 basis.

Physical interaction (might have to distinguish between violence, sexual, and other)

Emotional interaction

Conversation

So Meltdown would be 10 on all three scales, while the -Aeryn episodes would be 0.

The problem would be episodes where they are separated, but talking/thinking about each other. Aeryn under the Scarran's knife, for example. I'd want to count that as important pseudo-interaction.
