it's quite intelligent and funny, despite the "teen comedy" label. it's a teen comedy, so it's got your booze and boobs, but it's incredibly clever. the unrated version has penises. peni?
oh and hasselhoff makes a "cameo" in the movie. matt damon does too, in a great role. lucy lawless is in it too.

Well I just went through a crap load of stuff too similar to that and Im not on the pill but on Mirena and I dont really have a period at all and then suddenly WHAMO. I went to the docs and had bunch of tests done. Well you and I talked about that privately but go to the docs and have it checked out. You never know. Let me know how you make out though.

This is what I had to drink that night!
5 glasses of Zambooka
5 glasses of Yagermeister(sp?)
2 of the large bottles(wine bottle size) of vodka coolers.
4 beer bottle sized bottles of vodka coolers.
6+ beers
3 double shot rum and coke
3 double shot of vodka and OJ
3 double shot of vodka and sprite
Numerous shots of vodka straight
Other stuff that I can't remember. I ate Taco Bell before I drank all that as well. Not a good combination.
I won $40 playing Eucher that night, though. :)

I heard a news story about a guy who had won a vodka drinking contest(either Russian vodka or in Russia, not sure which)by drinking the equivilent of 3.8L!(that's a LOT!). He got his prize, was given a cab ride home, and died ten minutes later. All of the other contestents(ALL of them) ended up in the hospital getting their stomachs pumped!

i'd like to think that i could start with something smaller, like a pencil or a pen. something i know i could take care of. and then i'd go with fish. and then a dog. and then maybe a child, if i could take care of the dog. but then i thnnk "well i'll be married, so i'll technically have already gone past the dog and i have a boy to take care of...so do i really need to go a step further?"

Isn't that what they say in rehab? Get a plant, then a dog, then a relationship.
I have enough trouble with my cats (see the Pillow War thread). Lots of other people are great with kids, and more power to them, but I prefer an animal. They don't talk back. ;) :)

we don't have to give birth or leak milk. i was forced to watch a birth video in psychology class and as soon as i saw where the camera was pointing, i looked at my boyfriend and mouthed "we're adopting". he later went quite nervously, "you're joking, right?"

i think the issue is that we were really having a conversation about something that you neither understand nor experience, and you came in with a very ill-placed story and/or personal experience, and it was too graphic, too much information for any of us. sex is one of those things we don't discuss here. it's personal. politics, religion, peeing in the shower, all that is fine. but anything involving something too personal is where we draw a line.

The Midol and Pamprin you get at any store. The others that I mentioned are by prescription only. I had a prescription plan through my insurance where I only had to pay part of what the drugs actually cost.

many of my friends take birth control because their cycles are off kilter or they have medical issues. my mom was the same. i'm very lucky i don't require it to make me regular...i've been irregular for years, but over the last year or so (must've been college) i've become very regular. i can estimate it within 1 week of error. which means if i get it the week of january 8th, i should get the next one around the week of february 1st or the week of february 15th.
That is good. I would imagine that it would be expensive to get all the time.
actually, no, if it's covered by insurance, it doesn't cost much at all. you might have a co-pay, but that's usually for doctor's visits. if insurance covers your birth control then you don't pay, it's like any other medication. it's more likely to be covered, i think, if it relates to a specific medical condition, not that you just take it to prevent ....stuff.

The scary thing are the doctors who abuse that trust. There was a case of that here in Canada(in Ontario I think, the Province that I live in) where he was found to have tons of child pornography and had even taped himself groping a female patient under aneystatia(sp?).
