So I'm at my parents' house for the Thanksgiving weekend. Yesterday, we were just hanging out when the doorbell rang. My mom answered the door and whoever was there had left, but they left a bag of clothes on the doorstep. Which seemed a little odd to me. But what was even weirder was, as soon as she saw it, my sister said..."Oh, someone left us clothes again". Apparently the same thing had happened about a month ago. The first time this happened, my parents left the clothes on the curb before they went to work (next to the trash). When they came home from work, the clothes were on their doorstop again. This happened for a couple more days, until my parents finally gave up and brought the clothes inside.
Now, these are not people who are adopting a family for the holidays, and have gotten the wrong address. Cause...first of all, this started in October, and secondly, my parents live in an upper middle class neighborhood.
So this is something that I find both uniquely creepy and entertaining.
My sister did get a nice leather jacket out of the deal...personally, I won't wear any of the weird anonymous clothes.
