Well, all this time we have been wondering what has been holding up the official announcement and press conferrence for Farscape's return. The contract negotiations for the press conferrence itself must be dragging down. :D

Also love the Dr Who references and the return of Shakespeare - perfect role for Giles.

Sorry grinner - it is a "professional" error on my part. Hate to offend fans of the DOCTOR.
( By the way this adds to the discussion at Kansas about which board is friendlier. No offense taken but snarkiness can turn off less confident newbies. Enough said on the matter on my part)

no it isn't snarkiness... it is the fact that there are 2 different things that have the same name that are totally different. Doctor Who is the BBC television show. Dr. Who is the name of 2 movies that Terry Nation made to EXPLOIT the Dalek Craze in England in 1964 thru 1966. Since Terry Nation CREATED the Daleks and was partial creator of Doctor Who... he used his influence in the BBC to make the movies. HOWEVER... The Doctor had to be HUMAN... and there were other changes made to the script so that they would not be Canon. Namely his companions. The 2 movies were nothing but retellings of the original 2 episodes featuring the Daleks, 'The Daleks' and 'The Dalek's Invasion of Earth'.
Terry Nation HAD to name the movies 'Dr. Who' because the BBC DIDN'T want people to confuse the two. That is why the show is Doctor Who.

Farscape returns as a special four-part press release. At the time of writing Ben Browder has been signed up for 2 press conferences and one live online chat. More news as we get it...
where'd they get this info confirmed?

it is a JOKE. Nothing is confirmed... especially the fact that there will only be 4 press-releases.

The sticking point is the length of each part. It's been stated that it will be a 4-part mini, but DK wants each part to be 5 hours each.
