getting neutralized (Stark sets a precedent?) SPOILERS

We were just rewatching Liars, Guns and Money and I realized that they brought Stark back from the same kind of fate that John and Aeryn have suffered. Neutralized, gone in a puff of... something. Then he's back. Somebody sez, hey wait, we saw you get [can't think of the word they used] and Stark just flipped it off, as if it was no big deal to take all the molecules and rebuild the original.

Maybe I missed it somewhere -- has this connection been discussed?

Yeah, but in the Ugly Truth, when they were discussing the from of punishment, Stark said he could possibly survive dispersal..it's a Stykera thing..
