To UK fans regarding DVD 4.5

Has anyone bought the final DVD box set (WSS e.t.c)?

I have experienced some technical problems with a number of sets and was wondering if anyone has had the same problem.
There were no sound effects on the episode Bad Timing.

It is not my DVD player!!!
The shops (MVC, Virgin e.t.c) say that there was a fawlty batch.

Can anyone recommend where I can buy a set that actually works.:(

I have several corruptions on my R1 DVDs too :( You'd think for the prices they'd be perfect. :(

HakunaMaru, you can report your problems directly to Contender UK and they will send you a replacement. I've heard there're some problems with 4.5 and Contender UK is replacing them.

This is a known problem with one batch of the 4.5 DVDs, and apparently Contender will replace faulty discs if asked:
