To UK fans regarding DVD 4.5

Has anyone bought the final DVD box set (WSS e.t.c)?

I have experienced some technical problems with a number of sets and was wondering if anyone has had the same problem.
There were no sound effects on the episode Bad Timing.

It is not my DVD player!!!
The shops (MVC, Virgin e.t.c) say that there was a fawlty batch.

Can anyone recommend where I can buy a set that actually works.:(

The first disc in the set is a bit faulty, the surface has some defects and I can't watch it in my desktop computer, in the dvd player it works fine though.

I didn't notice there was a problem with the sound effects in Bad Timing, I guess I would have if there were.
