when did Zhaan change levels?

In the levithan discussion, Zhaan was at the 10th level, but in the beginning, she was a 9th level. When did she advance & what caused it? Just wondering.

RIB she took some of Tahleens power when they shared unity she told Tahleen she was now a pa'u of the 10th level with the ability to protect because Tahleen and her folowers were messing with the Moyan's Heads.

Someone may end up correcting me, but I think it was during Rhapsody in Blue when John helps her get past her evil thoughts brought on from the stealing of her self-control.. if you want to call it that. Someone else can probably explain it better, but I hope that helps.

If I recall correctly it was after her altercation with Tahleen when Zhaan shared unity with her she received a part of Tahleen thus becoming a 10th level Pa'u.
