I was watching Promises on the 4.1 DVD today and though that the captain of the Lukythian ship, Ullom, looked like the alien that made an appearance at the very end of Bad Timing with the freezedry neutralizer ray used on John and Aeryn. They both have the really wide set eyes. The problem is I won't have access to Bad Timing until the final season four DVD is released. What do any of you with access to both episodes, Promises and Bad Timing think? Could they be the same or related alien species, or has it just been too long since I saw Bad Timing?
It would be interesting if they were. Then maybe it meant that we were going to find more out about what Aeryn was up to when she was away from Moya at the beginning of season four. It would be a neat farscape arc for Aeryn's actions as an assassin to catch up with her later.

No, he is definitely different than the Lukythian captain in Promises. Oh well, would have been neat if it had been the same species. Thanks for the picture.

I think some of us discussed that right after "Bad Timing" first aired. I don't remember what thread it was in. I (and some others) thought there was a similarity too, others disagreed.
It's the one with the face open that looks similiar.
Everyone was thinking that it was John that the assassin was after and I myself wondered if it wasn't John, but rather Aeryn. If you watch "Bad Timing" again, it really almost seems that Aeryn isn't shocked by the appearance of the ship. It's almost like she'd been expecting something. And then she say to John," You and your timing"
I guess we'll find out down the road!

I think we still might. In Farscape, there a very view past actions that don't catch up with you later.
Does anyone else think that the Bad Timing alien looks kinda like the Sandman?
