Rygel and Pilot: Pleased that they continued....

I have been a fan of Farscape for the past two years... I still cannot believe how well they pull off some of the character development. I am pleased that the relationship between Rygel and Pilot, especially in Season Four, has grown. It's also amazing to me how they manage to make them so real. I also enjoy the relationship between Chiana and Aeryn. It's a very delicate relationship that I wish that would explore more... Lastly, I have always loved the friendship between D'Argo and John. They are best buddies and always manage to know how the other feels. :rollin: :rollin: :rollin: :aok:
I also loved the scene in 'Bad Timing' between Aeryn and Pilot.

Isn't it fascinating just how hypnotic this series can be?
I sit here at my computer, watching (listening) to Season 3,
wondering when the boxed sets for 3 and 4 will come out.
(My homemade tapes are wearing out!)
I used to wonder if there were subliminal messages embedded in the program. I never get tired of rewatching eps.
But in the final analysis, have decided it all boils down to EXCELLENCE! Excellent writing, excellent technical production, excellent acting! May the journey never end!!!!!

Yep, it's totally amazing how you can watch these over and over again and see more each time. Those are very astute observations, Scape!

My tapes are wearing out too, I watch 1 to 3 hours each night...every night! I just purchased a DVD recorder, from which I can burn a DVD from the VHS tape in the other side of the player...great investment, plus I buy the box sets and or singles when I can find them.

I find the relationship between Aeryn and Pilot fascinating. The Way We Weren't (esp. the end where Pilot says he feels guilty about where he is), always makes me cry!

I just got the S1 box set in the mail and I'm already shopping around for S2.... I have almost all the episodes taped, but my tapes are going to start wearing out soon! (especially Meltdown, Hot to Katratzi and the end of Bad Timing!)

DRD, i hear you on the meltdown tape!!! I've gotten so good at fast forwarding through commercials and non shipper parts that i can watch it in like 15-20 minute....:)
