First, eeeeeeew! Second, if someone was in need of a kidney, wouldn't that someone be in contact with medical professionals through local hospitals to acquire that kidney instead of hoping to happen along someone advertising them through spam email? How could someone producing spam email actually think that there's a market for selling kidneys online? Some things just seem so confoundingly stupid to me.

I almost want to send in my blood type just to see what kind of response I get.

That so is deserving of a funny spam email back. Looks like you stumbled into the blackmarket for organ buying and selling - lucky you. Although I have to admit that Tom Ego is a strange name so it could be a joke.
I read something a few weeks ago about a woman who placed an ad in the paper selling her extra breast milk. She put her phone number in the ad and kept getting calls asking if she had any in chocholate. :)
