Your Thoughts For The Farscape Crew

*Snurching from a good idea at Kansas.*

Though my clock still insists that we have not passed December 14th on the calendar, it is another day in the far away land of Oz. In that land it is;

- a time of reunions;
- a time of work;
- a time of dreams.

Yes, if all of the varied reports are correct, Farscape has truly began its production once again.

In this brief moment, I am honestly in awe of all that has been accomplished. I also look forward to the time in which we can see just what type of harrowing journey we will face in the far reaches of space. No matter what, I have NO DOUBT that this miniseries will be the grandest Farscape EVER produced! That's just how much I trust all of those folks who are working their way through a Monday in Oz.

I will now get back to my regularly work routine of trying to convert even more victims! This will not be the last time we get more Farscape!

I watched Unrealized Realities tonight, for the first time ever. I had forgotten the great joy of seeing Farscape with new eyes. I cannot wait to get four brand-new episodes.

I pray that the cast and crew et al are having an amazing time together and that everything goes well.

I cannot wait until we get to witness the fruits of their creative labor.

I was rewatching the 2nd disk of 3.4 this evening, seeing Revenging Angel for, I don't know, however many times but never tiring to watch it. And then following up to watch the commentary on The Choice by Claudia and I can't keep from getting a lump in my throat as she kept referring to the fact, at the time she recorded the commentary, that Farscape was finished after Season 4 and how we would probably never again see John and Aeryn together again on Farscape, as she had just finished up the last of her voice over sessions for Season 4. And I hear that and knowing the irony that probably at this moment she's welcoming the other cast and crew members back to the set, probably with that irradiant smile of hers plastered on her face. One can only imagine the joy they all feel at this moment and I feel humbled that I was able, in some small measure, to give them this day.

I feel humble and proud for us and VERY, VERY happy for them.

To the cast and crew of Farscape.....CHEERS!!!!!!:beer::beergood:

Today is December 15, both here and in Oz, although it's relatively late there now. For that matter, maybe it has actually crossed over (no relation to that frelling skiffy show) into December 16 down under.

Either way...

I hope you all had a wonderful first day back on the set. Know that we love you and the work that you do. You are appreciated and we can't wait to see the end product. Also know that we will do our level best to make certain that there will be more to follow.

Hey - does anyone reckon they'll get past the big reunion party and get round to filming the thing? :D

In any case, this is one major triumph. Not just for us, but for the cast and crew. They're working on a huge hit. The Nielsens lied. What matters is the fans, and we've spoken. We've spoken long and hard enough to get the show nobody gave a chance at coming back another shot.

Here's hoping this is the start of a new season of Farscape. At the very least it shows just what fan campaigns can do, and shows the Farscape crew just how committed we are.
