I've rented four different films these past two weeks, and all of them are really good, but reeeeeallly different from each other.

Lost in Translation - is slow and methodical, at points extremely hilarious, and at other points very touching and moving (in a non-sappy way, too). Bill Murray and his co-star are great in their roles.

Secondhand Lions - with Robert Duvall, Michael Caine and Haley Joel Osment is just mindblowingly touching - quirky and very funny. Tells a good story, and ends on a good note. It's a coming-of-age movie with two odd-ball uncles. :rollin:

American Spendor - about underground comic book writer Harvey Pekar. Half-fiction/half-documentary. Incredible character study, odd, off-balance (as is Mr. Pekar), and sarcastically funny.

Identity - with John Cusask and Ray Liotta. Film noir, murder/suspense flick (in the style of Hitchcock's Psycho). Cusack is amazing in his role. If things don't make sense, or starts to look a little far-fetched, be patient. The movie will eventually unravel it's mysteries to just totally freak your brain.

Each is different and unique, and each has their own appeal. but, I liked them all. :aok:

I dont have alot of space to have a large tank but my fishies are getting huge.... I have them in a small 20 gallon tank and they need more room but I cant go too much bigger. I was looking at a 30 gallon but the stand that I have it on is square. Its an endtable...the edges of the 20 are right at the edge so I dont want to get something to hang off too far. I was looking at this really cool one that has a bowed front and it was a 35 gallon but I measured it and it would hang over the sides of the table so I opted for a cube tank. Looks really cool and this weekend all the changes will take place. I bought some really nice things to put into it... I just need to go to the craft store for more rocks to put in... I just spent more money than I planned to...
