It can't be anything to happy and "ever after", either. That's not the Farscape we know and love (and certainly not the Farcape that left us at the end of Season 4 with that frelling cliff hanger ;) ).

John and Aeryn are restored. Big misunderstanding, our bad, enjoy your stay on your pithy little water-planet. The reintegration process changes some aspect of Johns neural physiology, and unlocks all the wormhole secrets. He is able to retrofit Moya to travel through wormholes on a whim, and Moya find she actually likes wormholes more than starburst. But Scorpius and the PK's are still pursuing John, and everyone decides that they're not safe as long as Scorpy can use them to get to John, so they stick together. John builds a wormhole weapon of sorts, but what it does is displaces ships - basically sending them somewhere else. When Scorpius's command carrier catches up to Moya, John zaps it to the other side of charted space - unharmed, and weeks of travel away from anywhere near Moya.

Next, everyone goes back to Arnessk where John has an epiphany - he realizes that those priests once managed a peace between the PK's and Scarrans. He tells them about their travels and intrigues, and about wormholes, and they reveal that the way they managed to guarantee peace was because they too had wormhole 'weapons' of precisely the type John had built, and the PK/Scarrans could never assemble their warships long enough to actually have a war. As part of their reconstruction, the Arnesk preists team with the Interons to build a fleet of suprisingly small ships which they then use to interdict a battle between Scarrans and PK's. In awe of their power, the PKs, Scarrans, and a few other culprits (Nebari anyone?) are forced to sign a peace treaty - basically because they'll never get off on a good war.

Now the problem is that John can't settle anywhere, because he's still a target. So he stays on the run, relying upon the Arnesk treaty to protect earth, his own wormhole weapons to protect him, and of course, it doesn't, so the series continues for frelling ever.

I don't care as long as the writers follow their own vision and don't base their story on what they think fans want.

The one thing that I am hoping for is some closure.

The story was always supposed to have a beginning, middle, and an end.

Hoping it goes on and on and on was never Rockne and DK's vision for the show.

In that first chat where we found out the show was canceled DK promised he would finish the story some way. If this is the way, than I will accept that.

And thank them very much for a great story.

I want a to be continued and a season five to follow it up but as for the rest of the story, I want the kind that will take me by suprise and will be so unique that I could never guess what is going to happen next until it does. I don't think Aeryn would be willingly parted from Pilot. If John insisted she choose between the two of them, she would choose John (I think) but I don't think she would ever be happy with him forcing that kind of decision on her.

Pilot and Aeryn are closer than people remember, and I don't think John would be foolish enough to put Aeryn in a position where it is either/or.

Uh, ohhh yeahh, and about a post from me to actually reply to the topic here...

The third is very nice, yes, but I, despite knowing and loving how Farscape operates, would really like to see an all-out big epic space battle take place. It hasn't really been done too terribly much in the series because Farscape is all about intrigue and the real way the world- and/or universe- works, or usually works. But seeing the PKs and Scarrans duke it out- then maybe throwing in the Nebari and having a four-way total war with Moya stuck in the middle- that'd be fascinating. Of course Moya, if she was stuck in the middle and wasn't able to starburst or wormhole her way out- would be screwed... "We're So Screwed, Part IV: Damn, we're so dead, we don't have any weapons."

John and Aeryn recontructed and being interrogated. "Why are the Scarrens so interested in these two?"

Scarrens show up and open a can of vintage scarren whoopass on the new players, crashing the ship into the water which allows a daring rescue planned and lead by none other than Rygel (who wants to use wormhole tech to get his throne back. Amphibious Rygel has not trouble functioning in the water and almost has a moment of decent character....almost.

The crew re-unites on Moya as peackeepers show up to complicate the lives of the Scarrens enough for our heroes to escape.

We learn from the new race that the Scarrens are being manipulated by another group. It seems the ancients had some enemies (off shoot of the ancients, or maybe a race they took under their wing, but had to release when that race became corrupt). The new players are few in number, but very powerful. The engineered the Scarrens, and are using them to try and track down the ancients. This is why the scarrens have a glaring crippling weakness amidst a host of super powers. It was designed in them to control them.

The New players are just finding out about John, but do not know how closely he is guarded by the ancients. Fate has been far kinder to him than luck would allow, in their view. They do not wish open war with the ancients (not their style, can't risk a head to head fight, etc).

The nebari begin their plan to take over the local area as the scarrens begin searching hard for JC and company. Scorpius is having fits because he must now actually help PROTECT the crew to keep the Scarrens from getting them. Sikozu likes it even less when she get ordered back to Moya to help out.

Jool shows up with information about the scarren masters. They intercepted a message from the scarren emperor to the new players telling them about John Crichton and his propable link to the ancients.

The peacekeepers end up in open war with the scarrens over protecting the Moyans. The Nebari menace goes into full swing and cripples the peacekeepers. They are routed and left as pockets of resistance who cannot organize while hampered by the nebari.

The Moyans set out to end the nebari efforts, but they need some Delvian assistance. JC Wormholes back and saves Zhaan and takes her to a photogasm place to heal her. She then finds provides the needed assistance to stave off the Nebari long enough for the PKs to launch a devastating attack on the Scarrens. The PKs regain most of their old territory, but the hold is tennuous at best. Both the Nebari and the Scarrens are still a threat.

D'argo, having lead a major ground assault against a scarren flower garden, earns some serious praise from his home world and some kind of nifty title.

Rygel's cousin releases info that the Nebari have cloned him and seek to put a false Dominar on the throne who claims he is the real Rygel the 16th. Hynerian agents are dispatched to dispatch the 'phony' Rygel.

Chiana's only hope for having her vision restored is on the Nebari home world. She leaves for there with D'argo. Lolan is attacked, and D'argo captured (Chiana is left for dead, but makes it to Nebari, but this is a trap also).

So to get you up to date, there now exists a 3 way cold war between the PKs, the Nebari, and the Scarrens (who are secretly being controlled by a powerful race after the ancients). The Nebari have captured Chiana. The Scarrens have D'argo. Aeryn is worried about her baby (possible hybrid complications), and Crichton wants to rescue his friends. Sikozu suggests that JC wormhole to another galaxy and live peacefully there (she still doesn't get it). Zhaan is getting erie messages from Stark (you were supposed to have crossed over. Why aren't you here with me. Is it really Stark? or is it Muldis?).

Jool comes in to tell the others that she just got a message from the new players to the scarren empreror. "Stop at nothing until you bring us the one known as John Crichton, alive"

Honestly, Farscape will have to end sometime, but I want it to end complete, not cancelled. I love Farscape and can't believe in was cancelled. I think give us what 25 more seasons and I think I can start to let go :D But seriously, when it does end, end it well. I think it should be something like John and Aryen remain on Moya with their child; Aryen was born in space and John aspired to get there. Maybe the last episode should be a mini where you shoot forward and the child is a 18yo who yarns to get off of Moya, but there is some crisis which only complicates matters, the Nebari contagion thing would really bring things full circle.

On aside, do you think this Mini will get us more episodes? I am wondering if the sale of the Muppets is a sign of JHC generating cash to do the mini right putting their eggs in the syndication basket. I think the show will soar in syndication, Sci-Fi should had done this earlier or at least given it some time to bare fruits. I'm babbling, sorry:)

Yeah I think this is the case. They are only selling rights to the muppets, which I'm sure disney has been after for a long time. But with what they've kept it certainly seems like it was a move to gain more quick income.

Moya meets a really nice male leviathan. Sparks fly. No, literally...sparks fly! Gee, never realized I was such a shipper.

All of the missing pieces are filled in from the separation period after season 3.

And no more depressed John!!!!!! I've quite had enough of the melancholy, depressed, lakka addicted human. John is about hope and finding the best that is out there. Seeing him strut across the table in front of the Scarrans, Cherrids and Sebaceans just did my heart glad. Especially since he had Aeryn with him. "He's insane!" "Yes, isn't it fun?"

TBC to be followed by seasons five, six and seven with the closure that Rock and Kemper envisioned.

The war between scarrans and peacekeepers is inavidable, since scarrans lost their territories after the "Mother plant" on katrazi was destroyed, they are now very weak and probably an easy target for peacekeepers, or at least their chances to annihilate scarrans are much higher now. So they start to advance into scarran space annihilating planets, but deeper they go more scarrans resistance they face.

And here come the Nebary! They are probably more advance than both scarrans and peacekeepers, and they were planning to take over a big chunk of the galaxy. Now is the best opportunity to do it as never before. Both sides are weak from the conflict and both have the huge influence on other races. So here you go: big fight, and everybody are trying to get that "uuman" for his knowledge of wormholes and at the same time he is the only one who can end it all. And then The Vorlons and The Shadows show up and whooooo..... big explosions, everybody unite to fight them…..hmmm got a litle caried away here… I really miss babylon 5. Anyway, every time I tried to predict the ending of something I was wrong.

I had rented it from Blockbuttser and ah, well I did a baaaad thing and made a copy of it.

Actually I think it is an honourable ending for Farscape. I do not think the production was as good as the show was when the show was in full swing, but it was still swell.

There are only 2 things that bothered me, well 3:

I did not like what happened to Jool

I did not like Sikouzou's new haircut

And D'argo seemed to be too easy to ___ (I really don;t wanna put any spoilers in it for people who have not seen it.)

Well 4 things: Instead of "Einstien" they ought to have had Kent McCord play the part- Cos that's where that whole part of the storyline started.

Anyone notice that there were two loose ends?

Sikouzou and that frelling guy who had bought the diagnostician? (I forgot that what species was called)

It never shows what happens to them. You know it never shows what happens to D'argo either, he just tells them who thier daddy is.

So there was a lot of room left for another sequel of mini series

There could totally be a continuation of Farscape. Claudia isn't going to be on Stargate SG-1 anymore (I think? Please correct me if I'm wrong) and, while I am a fan of the show, the reality is that they are heading into their 10th season this July, and I personally can't see it going for more than a couple more seasons. I mean, 10 years is a LONG time for a science fiction show.
