I would love to think so, I love our BBC.
yea they would in 2007 :(, they always buy tv shows late, best hope is sky digital, maybe sciffy or hallmark. If it aint them then I dont have a clue, we would just have to wait for 2007 then :(

i even wonder if they will maybe make it to DVD first? I hope so seems like a long time to have to wait for our fix.

Not necessarily-look at how we got the series.. we were either an ep or two behind or at the end of some seasons we actually finished the current series before the US did. I don't think it will be too far behind to be honest. :)
They will *said confidently whilst holding a pulse rifle to the head of the BBC owners head*

fraid the mini would have be broadcast before you could download it, and would feel like i was cheating our beloved Henson company by doing that. DVD first then copies for own personal use.

I'm in Kuwait people (she yells uncontrollably)! :headbang: unless the showtime satlelite company decides to buy (thats how I got to watch the show) I'm pretty much frelled :bawl: and will have to depend on the kindness of scapers to send me a vid :help:
Depends if they have enough money left over from all the other channels, radio and internet. eg
Beeb 1,2,3,4 All the UKtv "sky" channels they run too (Gold etc)
Radios 1 to infinity plus local radio too.
The website huge as it is.
And the new investment into digital BBCi
The may just have a little bit more for something new....for us the viewing public!
I will be surprised if it's scifi, a period drama is more their style!

For what its worth, I do remember that someone contacted the BBC about the cancellation of Farscape shortly after the news broke, and they said they specificly said that they would be interested in picking up future episodes of the show if they were made, they just couldn't spend more than they currently were to fund the creation of future episodes.

We people in the Netherlands depend on the bbc because
they are the leading sci-fi broadcasters.
The dutch station always buy them a few years later.
But they always mess it up to continu in the right order of episodes that makes me sad.
So I very much hope they will buy it they always where reliable
not like dutch stations!!!
