Quick Question about Twice Shy

I'm viewing S4 for the first time now and I think I've missed something. At the end of Twice Shy John tells Aeryn that Scorpius is listening in and has been plotting (of course) to get what's in his head. Now, I've missed a couple of episodes because of Scifi's shoddy scheduling. Can anyone tell me when or how John found out about Scorps?

John was always suspicious of Scorpy. I wouldn’t say he had proof Scorpy was listening, but he wasn’t taking any chances.

No, it's apparently just intuition on Crichton's part. Unless there were some deleted scenes somewhere that explained it.

I always thought he was doing some fast talking and kind of spinning a story for Aeryn, based on maybe a kind of a hunch he has. (I think more so than anyone, John seems to have a keen understanding of how Scorpy works --- maybe it's because he had Harvey in his head for a few years.) He almost seems surprised when Scorpy chimes in on cue.

I agree with the hunch theory.. John knows Scorpy wants wormhole tech anyway he can get it.. and where is John vunerable that Scorpy can get at? Aeryn..

himself personally Crichton has withstood anything Scorpy has thrown at him..

it was john having suspicions about Scorpie, but to be honest that reasoning always troubled me..that whole scene troubles me. the dialogue, to me at least rang false and the justifications on johns part manufactured. it seemed to me like the writers were doing some fast stepping.
