Unless he was driving under the influence, this shouldn't be a big deal. It wasn't clear from the article whether or not he had a driver for the limo. It said he was the "lone passenger".

I was shocked!!! Shocked, I tell you. Shocked that Art Garfunkel can still afford to ride in a limo. :)

He should have lied to the cop and told him that it was parsley, or sage, or rosemary, or thyme.
