Anybody See USA Today on 1/22?

I was walking past the newspapers in our cafeteria at work today, and I noticed that on the front page there were drawings of infamous dictators, done in Ratscape's style. Unfortunately, I can't link to it because it was only in the print edition. But, the style looked very familiar. Anybody else notice this? If the artist was indeed our Ratscape, good on ya, mate!

I have one right here and it doesn't look quite like Ratscape's style. It looks simpler to me. Flat vector like images have been popular before, though this one looks like the lines were inked by hand.

Besides, subtitle says Kieth Simmons, not Ratscape :D
