I was watching it like last week or two weeks ago and I remembered that Katoa... or however you spell it... Was mentioned alot in all eps after MAA I was wondering if the Mental Arts John was to have learned sposse to play an important role in season 5 and was John using them even though he said he wasn't in WSS?
Justa a thought what do you think?

Do you think Season five would have more of the pathfinder Race?

Since there isn't going to be a season five I'm going to guess not very pivotal at all.

Why do you think there won't be a season 5? I'm convinced we'll get it. That's what I'm working towards!

I think that becauses so far, it's true. I think it's great that we're getting the mini but unless it does gangbusters and the ratings go up by more than tripple what they originally were I wouldn't think it too likely we'll be seeing a full fifth season.
Yeah, I hope I'm wrong but I wouldn't count on it.

Don't sweat it, Frost. So long as you would LIKE to see a season five, we're all friends here.
Just be careful... some folks get up in arms over posts like that (not that I am saying anyone has here).

Not me!:aok: I just made a conscious, active decision to believe we WILL have a season 5. The power of positive thinking......and a lot of hard work!
A lot of people thought there would never be any more Farscape, but they are filming the mini series now, and it feels great! Some of us are optimists, some of us are pessimists, some of us are somewhere in between. Each of us chooses our own position. (I really was just wondering why you thought there wouldn't be a season 5, Frost). :)
It's a be-u-tiful day here, I am reading some great Farsacape fan fic, getting ready to have a glass of sangria, and they are filiming the mini-series! Life is good.
JMTC, I do kind of remember some of the MAA references, I'll have to pay more attention when I watch the rest of s4 again and come up with an opinion on that.

Well, of course I'd LIKE to see it. I would have liked to see it go to as long as the Simpsons but so far the road isn't pointing in that direction. I'm just going by my experience so far. So you know where I'm coming from, I would also liked to have seen:
Space: Above and Beyond - season 2
Earth 2 - season 2
Nowhere Man - season 2
Firefly - season 2 (or even a full season 1 for that matter)
John Doe - season 2
Max Headroom - season 2
There are several others I could list but I think you get the point. So far Ive never had a show return from the grave so I'm a bit of a realist in this area. The Farscape mini is the closest I've come so far to a full resurrection. It would be a marvel if what happend to Star Trek after it's initial cancelation could happen to Farscape (even half it's success would be nice) but I'm not sure that type of thing happens more than once in a lifetime.
Like most people, I like being correct about things but this is an instance where I hope I'm wrong.

Max Headroom I loved that show! I am reminded of it every time I watch "Don Quioxte". Wish I could get it on DVD now.

As do I. I recorded them all when they first aired in back 1987 and then again in the 90's when they were rerun on Bravo. They were just aried again about a year or so ago in TechTV (which if you ask me seemed like a strange place for it uhhh..hello.. ScFi??). I still have all the tapes but that's a show that demands a DVD treatment. Talk about a show that was ahead of it's t-t-t-t-time. :aok:

Talk about a show that was ahead of it's t-t-t-t-time. You can say that again-say that again-say that again! I haven't seen it since its first run. If you ever hear that it's going to air anywhere--OR get issued on DVD--post the news in here!

According to their site, it looks like TechTV may still have the rights to air it though it doesn't look like they are doing so right now. Perhaps they will again soon.
If you've not seen it since 87 and you do get the chance to view it again you're in for a surprise in that it's still good. I know that sometimes when I (and I imagine others too) fondly remember a show from years back and then get to see it again I think , "wow, I rememberd this being better". Not the case with Max. The show is still good and I think many of it's themes are even more relevant today.
This is TechTV's Max Headroom Page:

I would have loved to see a complete first season of Firefly. At least we are getting Serenity and possibly sequels if it does well.
