Have you seen it? Why not?

I just finally watched it after years of others telling me I had to. I liked it, very well done and my only complaint is that it was predictable from the very start.

The extras have a 35 minute paradigm segment, very interesting stuff on how this movie was almost never released, and how they tossed the negatives in the trash.

Oh yes, very nearly my favorite film.

This is british horror at its best. One of the only, nay probably the only horror film that really sent chills up my spine. And I've been watching horrors since I was 10.

And being english, I remeber when I was young, we still did the [proper] May Days things, like maypoles and morris dancing. [similarly nonsencsical dancing to that seen in the film] and it made me feel like very creepy that we really did have traditions similar to that in the film.

Edward Woodward and Christopher Lee were brilliant in the film.

Glad you like it:)

The film is highly overrated. I thought it was a waste of time.

This is one of those movies that I want to see but haven't been able to catch on TV or find a rental. Where did you catch it, Third Eye?
