Hi everyone!! Remember me?
I am the person that started the "Stat Trek is good too!"
Thread exactly a week ago and since that thread i created went down to the lower pages of the OT forum i have decided to start a conversasion about Buffy The Vampire Slayer fans now!
Feel free to post in your views about what YOU; The Scapers, think about Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
I, personally will begin by saying that: BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER ABSOLUTLY RULZ!! (Aswell as Farscape and Star Trek of-course!!)
I would be VERY interested to here what you have to say about the show, so get those replies coming in!! (Please);)

Regards; Ash.

Love Buffy and Angel. They're right under Farscape as some of my favorite shows.

Farscape, Buffy, B5, in no particular order. My all time favourite shows.

I think you found some serious fans here.

ya know... there are NUMEROUS threads about Buffy in the OT/Television section... isn't that why some people wanted the MODS to seperate them?

by the way, Huge Buffy/Angel fan here

GREAT! I guess i HAVE found some serious fans here, i love both Buffy AND Angel! I should REALLY learn to remember about that OT telivision thread, people keep reminding me about it but i just keep forgeting!
I have not watched angel just latly EITHER, and i am also VERY upset about the fact that Buffy has FINISHED for good! They stopped making the show at season &, and it REALLY frelled me off!!!
I am happy to have heard that Buffy, Willow and i think Andrew from the show are going to be making guest appearences in the Angel show so Buffy and Angel fans alike will be in absolute HEAVEN!!!
I SOO want to see the episodes of Angel in which they DO!!

Who's ya Daddy for reporting THAT info????!

Regards; Ash.

Yes, last weeks Angel was very, very good. It was so good to see Andrew and get an idea what some of the other Buffy characters have been up too...

I've heard that Alyson Hannigan will make an "Angel" guest appearance, but that SMG has turned down an offer to guest. I'm disappointed--I would have LOVED to see Buffy, Angel and Spike all in the same room!! :D

Sarah was supposed to be in the episode where Angel has that sucker thing on his chest. The part where Angel is lying in bed and rolls over to see Spike and 'Buffy' doing it... Sarah was supposed to be there... but she turned it down a few weeks prior to the episode filming. Instead of rewriting the scene, they used a stand in and grabbed some words from another episode. It would have been better if SMG were involved. She says how she is happy for the fans and stuff and says how she does more for the fans than what David does... and then she doesn't show up in an episode that could have used her

I like Buffy until mid-way through Season 7 when the plot went straight to hell (in a bad way).

At the end of Season 7, there was no resolution and I kept thinking, "Oh great, how many evil psycho slayers are the Scoobies (Buffy's crew) responible for making."

Now after seeing the end of Angel Season 5, Episode: 'Damaged'. I cannot get the image of Buffy's new slayer army as the 'Justice Ladies', (play on the Justice Lords on the CN JLA Season 2 Episode: A Better World. In a nutshell, Corrupted Heros who think they knows whats right,) out of my mind.

Man do I feel sorry for Angel because he caught in the middle of this.

It has been a while since i last watched Angel, because they stopped showing it on Channel 4 (S4C where i am)
And i do not have Sky Digital like MOST people so i can't watch it on Sky one!
If any of YOU GUYS anywhere out there see the episode of Angel that Buffy and Willow are supposed to be in then PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I am on this site REGULARY every week so i can read any of your messages if you let me know!
Nice One!

Buffy WON'T be on an episode of Angel... as she already refused one appearance. SMG has said in an interview that she is done with it

okay I posted this over at Kansas in the Buffy-holics thread... but wanted more discussion on it... so here is an observation.

okay, random observations... In 'AfterLife' we see Spike standing up against the tree, crying. Now, are those tears of joy or sadness of what could be wrong? The exchange where Spike tells Dawn that the cuts on Buffy's hands are from clawing her way out of the coffin... and when Buffy and Spike nod to each other before the Scoobies come it... tells alot about the beginings of the 'relationship' between Spike and Buffy. Buffy 'knows' that Spike understands... and the Buffy now has an understanding of Spike in a way that she would never have known. Spikes reaction to Xander... telling him that she came back wrong... was telling. I do think that the reason Willow didn't tell Spike was BECAUSE Spike wouldn't have either let Willow do the magick or destroy Buffy if she came back wrong. Spike realizes that this is a second chance... where when he attempts to 'Rape' Buffy later... he understands that he has screwed everything up. I think that this is the begining of the true conversion of Spike. His Second Chance. thread at Kansas here. (http://forums.scaperoute.com/kansas/index.php?board=20;action=display;threadid=13469;s tart=0) this is a very good discussion over at Kansas... and just wanted to bring it over here as well... maybe some different insight.

I do agree that Willow didn't tell Spike about the magik because I don't think he would have let her go thru with it. They all believe that she went to some hell dimension and he probably thought that she wouldn't come back as the same Buffy, but because he really did love her he would never be able to destroy her. I think he was hurt though that the scoobies didn't tell him...he was begining to think he "belonged" and then they kept that from him...yeah, that hurt him. Yes, when he tried to rape her I think then he did realized that he had blown his second chance with her...and second chances are rare in life. He realized how much he hurt the one thing that meant something to him...that he loved. After he did get his soul back...you could see how vulnerable he really was..with the guilt of what he had done as a vampire. I think that it shamed him too because he didn't like for Buffy to see him like that but he was some how hoping that she could some how love him...see him as a 'real' man.

Absolutely great show that reached it's peak during season 3. However for whatever reason the show literally disintergrated into a horrible mess from season 4-7. I don't think I've ever seen a show fall fast so quickly after a great season and still it's in prime. For reasons unknown they changed the direction of the show and also forgot how to write creative stories.

Haven't watched Angel yet. Will probably watch the DVDs some day.

High school doesn't go on forever. People do -- well, I guess I should say some people do -- grow up. And I think there are plenty of creative stories in the post-season 3 seasons. Hush, Restless, The Body, The Gift, Once More, With Feeling, Conversations With Dead People, to name just a few.

However, just once if he/she gave REASONS for his/her feelings... instead of just denigrating the show... we could have an interesting conversation.

Angel's Acolyte has a complete synopsis and screencaps of last week's Angel episode, "Damage," here: http://www.angelsacolyte.com/epguides5/11damage.html As is obvious, if you don't want any spoilers until the episode shows again and you can see it, don't click on the link.

Don't like my opinion? Deal with it or shove off.

Hmm, Spike banging Buffy....again. What an innovative and creative way for them to showcase Sarah again. I would have thought the writers on Angel were a little better than this.

grinner does not have to deal with anything! So YOU shove off!!!

You know, you remind me a lot of some of my students and they are 4 years old for crying out loud. Do us Buffy fans a favor, since you will never like what's said in any of the Buffy threads just ignore them.

No, but then that would leave those of us who do like the show to be able to have a pleasant discussion. Can't have that.

The gist of it being "Separated at birth?"

I think Andrew has such a crush on Spike that he is trying to emulate him. Either consciously or not.

I love the way the production crew works so hard to add layers of meaning to the Whedonverse. Really good stuff.

That frellyou fella was not very nice was he guys?
