So, what do y'all think of Janet Jackson and her magically-disappearing bustier cup?

It was a stupid publicity stunt that was in poor taste, and that it has been made into a bigger deal than what is required of it. There are more important things going on... like the Ricin that was mailed to the Senate office of Bill Frist and other actual issues. This is a total NON-Issue that should just go away.

However... since many people in the US are Star-F@ckers, this won't go away for a while.

I saw WAY more of this than I wanted to on Snopes. I think she is one foot out the industry door, and is resorting to any cheap tactic to keep in the public eye. Boy, she looked worn out and haggard in those photos.

see, i didnt like jackson's little stunt there, but i did like p.diddy and nelly cause well, they're just catchy. you can hate their songs but you can't deny that they have that hook that makes them a hit.

John Stewart referred to this event as "Tit-gate", NBC has deemed it "the tempest in the b-cup (or is that c-cup). Both excellent names. BUT I really have to say, Enough already. It's just one looma! Richard Hatch was naked throughout much of Survivor and no one is going on about that!

Sigh! I almost wish Ben and J'Lo would get back together so the "news" folks would have something else to talk about! (Almost!)

Kurt_eh, Americans are such prudes! We are horrified and fasinated and obsessed with SEX! We cry, "Ain't it awful!" and hit the replay button another 6 or 8 times, so we can be thoroughly shocked. An adult would either watch, or turn it off. The American public is juvenile and flocks to watch stuff it considers offensive so it can complain loudly about the stuff being on.

Having said that, I don't think Ms Jackson's boobie was a fitting accessory to a football game. Then again, I think its kind of funny that no one complains about the skimpy skin tight outfits the cheerleaders wear, or at whatever bump and grind they may do on the sideline.

While on E News Live today Dave Grohl was asked his opinon about the halftime show. Dave said that he and his wife were watching the show and that it was so boring he didn't even notice the whole 'nipple incident' and if the music was any good then everyone else wouldn't have noticed either. He said the halftime show looked like Pirates of the Caribean(sp) in Vegas.:rollin:

- Annie the Kid Rock thing has gotten alot of discussion on MANY talkradio programs. Sex is a bigger draw though.
