Does anyone know whether it is legal to share Farscape music videos on p2p networks (Kazaa, Shareaza, BearShare, etc.)?
Legal? Probably not. It's doubtful the videos are legal in the first place. Even if we could justify the use of somebody else's video under the Fair Use Doctrine, I doubt the same would apply to the use of a whole song. Music videos are left alone because they stay mostly under the radar, not because they're legal. We can't claim copyright on our music videos; we own neither the music nor the video.
As for P2P networks, I'd say that's more a matter of courtesy than of legality. If the creator of a video is willing, go ahead. If not, you should honor their wishes.

Go to www.farscapefantasy.com, there is some legal stuff explained at the Music Videos link.
I don't know if they are legal, but some of them are really good.
