It’s not just one thing, but a number of points – One probably because it was the other John who had been teaching her. Another could be because she couldn’t get it right. (“Jirl power” anyone?) Plus – I think because of his state of mind at the time – taking the lakka and all, it must have hurt him – her trying to speak his language while he’s trying to keep his distance.

i thought it woz that , it just seemd annoyin coz she was makin an effort and he woz pushin her away. usually its the other way round.
