I would assume DVD's issued in your country should have subtitles or a language option. Other than that I have no idea.

Well, I don't know if this will help, but here are a couple of links to episode transcripts.

Season One and Season Two

Season Three and Season Four

Hope this helps a little.

If you have Closed Captions, the American Farscape dvds use them. My mum is half-deaf, so I know. But other than that, I have no idea.

Hmm, I wonder how do you enable these DVD Closed Captions...

I've got the latest collection of Season 4 (US edition 5 boxes) and can't see the Subtitles option anywhere...

Thanks
Regards
Bo.

With my DVD player (Cybercom) I have an option to enable Closed Captioning in the setup menu. Maybe there's also a similar option in your setup menu.

Most TVs have the closed caption option. In my case, I have to turn on captions on the TV remote. My DVD player remote (even though it is a high end DVD player) doesn't support that. It's usually the TV that does the caption displaying.

My DVDs (UK region 2) are without subs; I myself are in no need for subs but one should think Contender/Kult TV would care more for their non-english speaking customers or indeed those who are hard of hearing. Subs doesn`t take up THAT much space on a disc like, say, those horrible dubbings you get occasionally.

I noticed the English subtitles are availables on bittorrent for seasons 1, 3 and 4, but not 2 !
Nobody can help me to find the season 2 subtitles ?
I'm waiting to see the second season because that. Neither the UK nor French DVD have subtitles for this season, and I need them to trying to understand Crichton and to continue learning English with this series :)
