Farscape Magazine Scans

I was wondering if anyone had the Farscape Magazines and a scanner and could post some print quality scans of the many great photos in the magazines so we could all have high quality images to edit and make projects from.

300dpi would be great if possible.

Which ones do you need? Also bear in mind at that sort of resolution the files could potentially be very large.

Yeah, I tried making high resolution scans from the mags and it took forever for my computer to open the file afterwards.

I was wanting pics of all the characters and villans from every season kinda like the one you have of Crichton on your website http://www.britangie.34sp.com/images1/gallery2/File0006b.jpg

All black background pics of all the characters like the Crichton one would be perfect for Season 4.

I am personally wanting high res scan so I can make custom dvd covers for Farscape. If you visit www.dvdcoverart.com There are lots of CUSTOM covers for Babylon 5 and Stargate but Farscape has ZERO and I want to change this badly!!!

Also I'm sure others would love high res scans for wallpapers etc.

I know the files will be large, but hopefully we can try to find some server space for you to place them if you can scan them at all.

Oh BTW the files of DVDCOVERART.com are around 3000x2000 resolution, but that is for the entire cover so any scans around 1500x1500 would be fantastic.

I should have somewhere the large version of the above one but I don't think it will be 300dpi because I just don't need pics that large! lol

Secondly my scanner seems to suck every bit of dust from the immediate area so I tend to have to clean up my photos aswell which is a bit time consuming.

Thirdly I'm on lowly dial up so large files will make my modem steam! :D

Perhaps if someone with a decent scanner and a cable modem or adsl could do it?

WOW I can't believe you manage such an extensive Website on Dial Up? GREAT JOB!!!

As for the pictures I can help clean them up if you want.

But anyone out there if you do have cable or adsl that would be great if you could help.

I realize doing this via Dial Up would be very time consuming

Yup I am sooooo jealous of people with broadband but I just can't afford it.. :(

So a whizzy 56k for me.. lol

Also I can provide the large version of the JC one and I may have some large cast ones-basically any of the mag I have on my gallery I probably have large scans of. If you can list them I'll look at my cdr archive for the originals.

The last three pics are from mags I own.. However the last one is a very small photo and the size it is at the moment is the largest it will go sadly... I do have larger versions of files 3 and 4 though I think.

Also I don't have any large ones of Jc in the khaki suit unfortunately. I've only had a scanner for a relatively short while so only have scanned pics I didn't already have.. As the fs mag concentrated on seasons 3 and four those are the shots I have scans of.
