Harvey's big upgrade...

So SciFi's started reairing the We're So Screwed trilogy and Harvey made his triumphant return on Sunday night's ep. What caught my attention at the end was Harvey mentioning his upgrade. I must've missed the details the first time that aired, but it's got me wondering...

Harvey 2.0! How would that affect John's future? And, more importantly in my opinion, is he really transmitting John's thoughts to Scorpy? We know part of Harvey's purpose is to save Scorpy at all costs, so could he just have been saying whatever he needed to say to get John to go to Katratzi?

To rescue the thread from a hijacking incident, I think a more powerful Harvey 2.0 could be interesting. It would certainly add to alternative motives for Scorpius to be on Moya. I could just see him planting one in John's head while John was sleeping. Maybe he developed a new Harvey that could transmit and dowload information directly from John's brain to Scorpius's new computer, given enough time.

So,
I think a more powerful Harvey 2.0 would definitely be interesting, but the beauty of Harvey's character by season 4 was that he had developed on his own and really moved away from that "Evil Scopry Clone" character we had to deal with at the end of season 2.

I really like the kinda Crichton-infused Harvey we ended up with. That Hawiian-shirt-wearing Harvey we all know and love (with John being the exception, of course ;)). Of course, even when he said "Scorpius knows everything you know!" he still sounded like his good ol' self.
So people, any thoughts?

Yea he did, in the next episode, but he could be lying, harvey rules, hes my fav character, shame we dont see him much.

edit - forgot to add what i thought :( - well i hope we see more of john and harvey talking because its funny and Harvey now has an agenda, which means he could be digging about looking for the wormhole tech and learning from john... in the end he could use john to figure it all out.....or something, we better find out after the mini series!!!

I'm really sure that harvey was lying about transmitting. He was just protecting Scorpious.

Harvey is a great character, and I like the meetings, they always through in great references, and superb acting.

I remember Harvey wanted to die in the beginning taking Cricton with him of course... but he changed his mind during the season and helped Cricton in Revenging Angel... my point is, did he decide to live on to help Scorpious such as in one of the last episodes of season 4, or is he doing it to experiance life from Crictons view.....

In the beginning Harvey was installed to commendear Crichtons body and gather wormhole intelligence. Harv is an independent entity who wishes to survive and still hopes to reform his host to his point of view.

Scorpius knows the only person he can really trust is himself that is why he created in the neuro chip based on his personality. Because of this fact we must assume Harvey feels the same way and will rely/ trust his creator.

In the end if Crichton does eventually go nuts Harv will gain all control of his vessel. *sigh*
