I wonder if it is from the series. I would assume it is - looks the same quality - but considering it leads to the Graphic Warehouse I'm not completely sure.

It does... but it sounds one of those -bad- mecha spinoff shows where all they ever do is focus on the head and body of the mech itself, and the story isn't exactly paramount.
