That would be the Farscape Webmaster's Association. I'll leave the explanation up to more knowledgable sources, as I've never been a member myself.

As Harvey whispers says the FWA is the Farscape websmasters association which has been around since the start of the campaign administering the Beyond hope fund and a couple others. :) Try www.forfarscape.com for info. :)
