Farscape on IRC

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes...

I've created an irc channel for scapers where you can hang out and talk, it would be nice if some of you guys and gals wanted to join :)

the channelname is #farscape (obviously)

The server is

irc.wondernet.nu (world)
eu.wondernet.nu (europeans)

if anyone has any questions just ask in this thread or PM me :)

The most commonly used client can be found at http://www.mirc.co.uk/ but there are thousands of variations of the IRC client so it's a matter of taste really. You can also find brief tutorials on that page on how to use the program.

I'm currently working on setting up a webbased chat so people won't have to install the program and such... Doesn't seem like there's much interest here for it though :)

Yeah, I think the work of finding, then D/L'ing, then setting up IRC turns off interest. It is alot of work compared to other chat systems. Difference with IRC is you can run it 24/7 without having to be connected. I think.....

Yeah I've been there, there's also one at skiffy's own server and on EFNet. so there's plenty to choose from really.

The channel I've made is mostly meant to be a part of the website I'm building with other scapers for the Danish scaper community, but everyone is welcome of course :)
