Charging that Barry Diller is trying to hold hostage the $14Billion merger of NBC and Nivendi Univ, Vivendi is sueing.......Diller's subsidiary.....and asked for an expedited trial so the NBC/VUE deal can close as planned in the second quarter.
THAT"S JUNE, folks. NBC will own sciffy,USA,Bravo, Trio, telemundo, Universal studios and theme parks. Maybe then we will see some progress on the airing of the mini.
