I began rewatching Farscape from the beginning a while ago, so this is the first time since the shows originally aired that I'm watching them in broadcast order.
I got to collection 2.5, watched Clockwork Nebari, then Die Me, Dichotomy came on! I was so confused.
I ended up realizing that ADV put them on the discs out of order, so that you watch Clockwork Nebari, then switch to disk 2 for the Liars, Guns and Money trilogy, then back to disk 1 for Die Me, Dichotomy. That's nuts!
To make it even more confusing, on the back of the box, the description for Die Me actually describes Liars part 1, and the description for the Lairs trilogy includes in part a description of Die Me!
Did anyone else notice this? Did it confuse the heck out of you? Has ADV fixed this on newer pressings?

I haven't actually gotten to buying any of the collections, but that does sound pretty sad...

My copy of the 2.5 disc warns me that its the Season finale and directs you to the 2nd disc to watch Liars, Guns and Money first. My descriptions are fine, too...

Best I recall, it was a problem with the first pressing, many folks emailed in and asked that it be clarified, and ADV was very responsive. I believe if you email them about the problem, they very happily send you a reprinted insert to go in your DVD case in lieu of the old one. It's not a problem with newer pressings, evidently. My season 2 boxset (which is really just a bundled set of the volumes 2.1 - 2.5) makes it clear on the insert that you need to watch things slightly out of intuitive order, watching disc 1, then disc 2, then finishing up on disc 1 for the season finale.

Just drop them a line and I'm sure they'll take care of it.

I think they probably got the idea of keeping the Liars Guns and Money episodes together since they work as a trilogy, but that would be pretty confusing for anyone who didn't already know the order.

Thanks for the responses!
I figured some modifications had been made since the first pressing, to clarify the proper order. I'm glad to know ADV has been so responsive about this.
Now that I'm aware of the problem, I'll probably just keep the one I have, as sort of a collector's item.:D

Best I remember, they don't make you send anything back. You just email them and they pop the little paper wraparound insert that slides beneath the clear plastic of the DVD case in the mail to you. Don't think they repossess your old one or anything.

Might want to confirm that with them, but I think that's what some others here on the board said.

I already knew that LGM was a three-parter. But it seems stupid to direct people to the second disc when they could've put two of three parts on the same disc as ACN. I know their rationale is keeping a trilogy together on the same disc, but it really isn't a problem to break it up so long as it's they wouldn't be leaving people hanging until the next Volume was released. Although I saw the warning on my dvd, I found it very disjointed to put in the second disc after only watching one episode on the first one. At least they put out the warning rather than going right into the next episode. I can't imagine watching DMD before I've prepared myself for something bad happening at the end -- with LGM being the lead-in (prep).
