I ran into another scaper in the Best Buy when I was buying Farscape 4.3 the other day and I was telling him about the minseries filming just being completed as far as I know and he didn't believe there was going to be a miniseries. I told him to look on the Imdb on the internet for Farscape and he would see it was being taped but he still didn't believe me. Can you believe this?

Well, definitely this Scaper is a born pesimist...

Hehe - if the schedule we all know and love is anything to go by (which it is) then the miniseries has already completed filming. And don't forget to tell him to look at various other sites (I can't remember the URL, but there was the one with what shows were shooting in Australia, as well as various actors who are in it) which more or less confirm it.

I think the Creature Shop as well more or less confirms it.

He works at Best Buy so I will see him again.

I might add that this guy didnt remember that on Bad Timing it said To be continued at the end of the episode cause I said remember what it said at the end of Bad Timing? and he said no.

SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!

He thinks everyone will stay dead. I told him they ( John and Aeryn) were just neutralized. I told him you know Sci-fi anyone can come back.

Yup... "neutralized for analysis", which means they're ALIVE.

Well, if this dude is still at Best Buy when the mini is undeniably confirmed (as in, scheduled or being promoted), be sure to give him a hefty "I told you so" from all of us!

Just send him to IMDB. They have a listing for it. And then say "na na na na." :D

Directing them to the Image Creative Partnership website ( www.imagecreative.net ) will confirm it, since they mention working on the mini.

He's just in denial - doesn't want to get his hopes up. Or ignorant, whatever...

Speaking as someone who is only half-way through Season 4, I would truly have liked a spoiler warning in that thread about the ending of "Bad Timing." Thanks.

That's the one I meant! Thanks generic_screenname!

It will happen although we could be wrong about running time ect. Either way we would only be wrong about production in minute details.

Cast out this heretic and send him thus to the Land of the Trolls (this being the Farscape newsgroup).

I, too, am trying not to get my hopes up. But given that it's been filmed, it would be odd if it didn't happen at this point.

Go here (http://www.imagecreative.net/whatsnew.html). The mini-series is "4 mini-movies." I guess we could be wrong about the running time but my guess is mini-movie = 1 hour movie.

Didn't someone work this out at another thread
... didn't we come to the conclusion that it was going to be about 14,400 mippippippis long?

You know next time I go to Best Buy I should do that cause the more I think of it he may be a troll. He didn't know what it said at the end of Bad Timing and he said he watched it too. But he didn't believe me even when I told him what it said. So he is a troll or he really needs some education!

He didn't know what it said at the end of Bad Timing and he said he watched it too. But he didn't believe me even when I told him what it said. The real question is, did he remember the crappy Skiffy voice-over at the end of 'Bad Timing', where they 'thanked' us the audience and Henson's for four years of faithful service?

Granted, there WAS a lot going on in those last 5 minutes - if you weren't taping or Tivoing, you'd miss it. After all, D'Argo was howling, and our heroes HAD just been reduced to freeze-dried crystals.

If you weren't prepared, you were in for a big case of post-traumatic stress disorder... Ask that guy if he still WATCHES Skiffy, next time you're in there...

I am going the tell the guy at Best Buy about the announcement from Sci-fi about the min and see what he says now. He's got to believe it now. He's says he watches Sci-fi.

Ok before I say what I'm going to say, I'm thrilled that the mini is official, I'm telling everyone and their grandmother about it, and have got at least fifteen people interested...now with that said.

IMDB isn't an official source, my second favorite show (Waits for the laughing) is Power Rangers..(can ya tell by my avatar?) Anyway on the cast list they had Kate Megraw(sp?) To Play Captain Janeway on the new season. It's been fixed since then, but the site lost a lot of face with me for that. It was just to outlandish. And I'm bored so I figured I'd post that little tidbit.

He didn't believe me when I told him it was on the IMDB. I didn't know the power rangers were still on. Kate Mulgrew is on the Power Rangers you say. I used to watch Star trek Voyager when I lived in an area that had UPN network. I'm going to tell that guy about it being announced by the Jim Henson co. on this chat site and by Sci wire maybe he'll look it up and believe.

Actually I ment to point out that IMDB isn't to realiable. While they said captain janeway would be on the cast, as well as avril levigne, they wheren't (and it was kinda obvouis they wouln't be). And yep Power Rangers is on it's Twelfth season, and just recently celebrated it's 500th ep. And yeah sending him to Sci-fi.com would be a good idea.
