Any accountants in the house??

Our business would like to incorporate, but out past accountants all gave us conflicting info on the matter. We're currently getting killed with self-employment taxes and are looking for some options. Just thought I would see if there were any 'scaper accountants out there up for giving us some 411 on the whole inc. thing.
