One thing makes me sad about "PeaceKeeper War"

DK said that the fifth season was going to be complete with the mini. The mini is only four hours long. A season is twenty two. If the mini is supposed to complete season five, that means we are going to miss eighteen hours of story telling.

Now don't get me wrong, I am so happy about our four hours, but image all the stories we are going to miss. I, for one, can't shrink any season of Farscape into four hours. How are they going to do it for season five?

I don't think they are cramming the whole of S5 into the mini-just the stronger story aspects/arc that they wanted to explore in season 5. The mini is going to rock,blow people's socks off and it's def like Farscape only on acid..

remember they used up all the explosives in Australia!! that hints at a HUMUNGOUS production... :)

Yup, what BA said. The mini is the major story arcs of S5, without all the standalone eps. I'm thinkin' we may see some of those standalones as, oh, I dunno, maybe the oft mentioned movies?

I concur. Once I heard the phrase "Farscape on acid," I didn't need to hear more. I just know it's going to rock. :D :cool:

Another thing to consider: it sounds as if the mini is absolutely HUGE.

So on the plus side, they've had a chance to do the grand arc of season 5 on a truly epic scale that they almost certainly wouldn't have had a chance to do otherwise.

I do agree with you, it's just that I'm thinking of eps that did not have to do with the arc but were great none less: "Through the Looking Glass", "Out of Their Minds", "Different Destinations", "Scratch & Sniff", "Coup by Clam", the list goes on and on.
I'm going to miss those unwritten eps.

I've always prefered the arc stories, in that they drive me absolutely insane and desperate for the next part of the story. The stand alone eps are interesting and always did give me a sense of relief afterward :D

Cry? I just rewatched Infinate Possibilities..still sobbing after all these viewings. Argh...I'm still actually shaking, too...I wonder how many times I will have to rewatch that arc before I get bored??? 197 trillion times????
