come on guys! hate with me! :boom:

I went there today to get a Mass ID because I turned 18 last week and I don't have a license. So I went and waited around for 25 minutes or so and got my number called up only to find out that once you turn 18 you need proof of MA residency! So I have to go back sometime with a notarized tax return of my parent's to prove I live here. They wouldn't take my bus pass or hospital card. :( :irked: :grr:

Lesson of the Day: Only after you wait around for a time will they tell you what you were supposed to bring, and not at the desk when you first come in and get a form and a number.

Thank you, have a nice day!

I've not hated them, but I have strongly disliked any agency where you have to stand in long lines waiting for hours where ambiguous signs don't tell you what you need to know.

normally I'm not much of a hating type person, but the DMV is one that I may get close on... on the other hand, when was it different? Actually Colorado's had something of a rennaissance some years ago, when they started having smaller field offices inside shopping centers that were only for basic DL and car tags... and then? And then budget crisis. Seems like an excuse for bad customer service to me... but then I'm just a lemming taxpayer...
