Matt Roush mentions Farscape again!

Question:
Before I get to my point, I feel I should say the obligatory "How could the WB cancel Angel?!" Now to the point: I have heard that there will be an Angel TV movie this fall on the WB, yet Mercedes McNab said at a recent Buffy convention that she and the other cast members had not yet been approached about a movie and that if it were to happen, they would already know. So will there be an Angel TV movie next fall? — Erica

Any Angel (or Buffy, for that matter) TV movies are very much theoretical at this point, from what I can tell. The last time I checked in with the studio, there was nothing on the drawing boards but a vague notion that this is an option for the future. For now, as soon as the last Angel is delivered, the priority will be the feature-film version of Firefly. I'm hoping there will be TV movies or minis (à la Farscape) down the road, so we can revisit this rich and fabulous world. But don't expect immediate gratification.
